| My_Running | Running is my therapy. I find that while I'm out, my mind works much more introspectivley . I didn't really notice it until my wife mentioned one day how I've changed. I guess that's what you get on three hour long runs with no one to talk to. |
| About_me | I'm actually a Canadian living in southern California. I've been here a year and boy do I love it. So far there have been approximately 15 days where the weather was too inclement to run outside. What a change that is! Only problem is that my t-shirt collection is growing by leaps and bounds from all the great races! (Living here, I don't really need a quilt.) |
| Running_story | My last day before I moved, I was doing a 6 miler easy. I had said goodbye to my friends and coworkers and had everything packed to go. My run started great, sunny and calm when out of the west came a HUGE STORM! Zowee! The heavens opened up on me. It was the greatest send off I could hope for! I laughed and splashed all the way home. |
| Comments | I owe a lot of my success in running to the support I get at home. I couldn't do it without my family. |
