My_Running My running follows an every other day routine and sometimes includes treadmill runs on off days as a warm-up before weight training.
When I first attempted running two years ago, I had horrible knee pain (even during a gradual "walk before you run" and then walking/running routine). I later found the problem went away with motion control shoes. Finding the correct shoe was the key to healthy and happy running for me.

Comments Cycling and running gave me the incentive to finally quit cigarettes two years ago. The only cigarette quitting method to work for me, was to get physically active and change my diet (especially cutting out the caffeine) before attempting to quit.
